That’s why we’re introducing 7 Day Mini Challenges, short resets that help you test new habits, reset your energy, and kickstart progress.

Think of them as bite-sized wins. Just seven days of commitment can shift your focus, build confidence, and prepare you for the deeper lifestyle changes that 77 days bring.

How It Works

  • Every Friday on Instagram, we post a poll with a few mini challenge options.

  • You vote for the one you want to try.

  • The winning challenge becomes our official focus for the next week.

  • We’ll track progress together on Instagram and in our WhatsApp group, and you can use a simple PDF tracker to keep yourself accountable.

Our First 7-Day Mini Challenge: Random Acts of Kindness

To kick off our new series, we’re starting with something the world can always use more of: kindness.

Starting on Monday, for the next 7 days, your challenge is to do one random act of kindness each day. It doesn’t have to be big. Sometimes the smallest gestures make the biggest difference.

Ideas to Inspire You

  • Hold the door open for someone.

  • Send a kind text to a friend.

  • Pay a genuine compliment.

  • Buy a coffee for the person behind you.

  • Leave a positive note in a public place.

  • Share encouraging words with a stranger.

  • Donate an item you no longer need.

A Gentle Reminder

Kindness is something we should carry with us at all times. But life gets busy, and we often get so caught up in our own thoughts that we miss the small chances to brighten someone else’s day.

This challenge is about noticing again. Keep your acts of kindness to yourself. No need to post or list what you did. The people who receive it will know, and that’s all that matters.

If you’d like to share publicly, simply post that you’re participating in the 7 Days of Kindness Challenge. That way, you remind others to join in too, because sometimes, just knowing someone else is doing it sparks another ripple of kindness.

  1. Daily affirmations. Repeat a positive statement to yourself each morning.
