The 77-Day Challenge

The 77-Day Challenge is a guided reset built around consistency, movement, and intentional daily action.

Instead of constant restarts, the year is broken into a small number of focused 77-day cycles. Each cycle offers enough time to create real change, settle into rhythm, and move forward without pressure for perfection.

Only a limited number of 77-Day Challenges are offered each year, allowing space for integration, rest, and life in between. Each cycle stands on its own, while still contributing to long-term growth that compounds over time.

About the Founder

Belly Heat was created by Uyanga, whose love for dance and movement shaped the foundation of the program.

After years of prioritizing work and putting movement on the back burner, dance became the catalyst for change. Starting later in life reshaped how movement was experienced, not as performance, but as connection, confidence, and freedom.

Uyanga created Belly Heat to offer women a space to move without judgment, reconnect with their bodies, and build strength from the inside out. Her approach blends structure with flexibility, discipline with joy, and progress with patience.

Belly Heat is built on showing up consistently and moving forward, without chasing perfection.
