SCHEDULE & LOCATION

Classes are held outdoors at George English Park, Fort Lauderdale. Mornings Tue-Fri at 7:30 AM, evenings Mon-Thu (some Fri) at 7:00 PM, and select weekend evenings.

Classes are weather-dependent. Updates are posted to Instagram Stories (@bellyheat). If you’re not on Instagram, feel free to text (954) 496-4472 or email hi@bellyheat.com ahead of class if the weather looks questionable.
GROUP CLASS PRICING

Your first class is 50% off with code WELCOME50. After that, drop-in classes are $15 (plus fees/tax).

Yes, here’s what’s available:
HEAT UNLIMITED - $150/month, unlimited classes
HEAT 8 - $100/Month, 8 classes
HEAT 4 - $55/Month, 4 classes
HEAT PACK 10 - $125, 10 classes, valid 90 days
HEAT PACK 5 - $70, 5 classes, valid 60 days
WHAT TO BRING

Water, a towel, and comfortable clothes you can move in. Since we’re outdoors, a mosquito repellent is a good idea too.

Not at all. Every class is beginner-friendly, no experience needed.
PRIVATE EVENTS

Yes! Belly Heat hosts bachelorette parties, birthdays, bridal & baby showers, girls’ trips, and more. See our Private Events page for details.

You can choose 1 hour or 90 minutes. The extra time gives your group more time for photos and dance videos.

Yes. Popular add-ons include temporary tattoo parties, hip scarves, and party favors like custom t-shirts. Let us know what you have in mind and we can discuss options.
TEMPORARY TATTOO PARTIES

Tell us your theme and we’ll accommodate. Custom designs, matching designs for the group, and more are all available.

It depends on the size of your group. Larger groups take more time. We’ll confirm timing when you request a quiote.
